the breakfast had very good choices. the public areas had beautiful christmas decorations. the concierge team offered excellent service, they really helped me.
the hotel is cashless. i had to go to reception every 15 minutes to reprogram the card, so they would have to wait for manager approval each time. staff did what they wanted and not much to help me.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

The location is very convenient with shopping and restaurants nearby.
My room was quite small, and I was disappointed to find that I had a view of the rubbish bins. Complimentary water was not provided daily. Instead, I had to request it each day (and only received a small bottle). The check-in process was slow, as the receptionist was on the phone for a long time before assisting me.

the fitness center has a pilates reformer. i used the sauna and steam room. the room decor was nice , though the space was small, comparable to other rooms.
i noticed unexpected extra items on the bill, specifically a 'hotel service charge' and a 'lady garden foundation' fee. these charges are voluntary and should be clarified before presenting the bill , i think.

the location was perfect for shopping near Oxford Street. Jana, a staff member, was especially friendly and helpful. the room was beautiful and provided everything i needed.
the room was small and overlooked some rubbish bins. i had to ask for daily water and only received a small bottle. check-in was unprofessional with surprise optional charges at check-out, it was quite the inconvenience.
